Job Description

We are looking for an experience Administrative team member to work in our Safety Department. Candidate must have proven computer skills specifically in Excel (testing will be given). This position should be demonstrated with the highest confidentiality and professionalism.

Duties:

  • Gather information regarding spillsincidents and accidents including working with law endorsement agencies employees and others as needed
  • Create communication folders for all spills incidents and accidents
  • Work the OSHA reports
  • Work the Safety Manager and broker on insurance renewal and certificates of insurance
  • Incident reporting
  • Work closely with the broker and team during incidents.
  • Keep Excel spreadsheets
  • Send out safety training to employees
  • Work with convenience store staff on drive offs/overpumps
  • Monitor the Safety email account and respond accordingly
  • Communicate the addition and removal of vehicles/rolling stock to the insurance policy be sure the vehicle list is updated.

We will run a driving record background and drug screen on all candidates. Position is full time 8am to 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch MF. This is an in office position.
