Compensation: Competitive pay of $6080K OTE of $120150K. Medical Dental Vision 401K and 15 days paid vacation

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: 8am to 5pm MF

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Account Executive with a strong background in healthcare staffing sales. This highvisibility position requires immediate impact by leveraging your existing networks to meet client demands and drive placements.

You will be compensated for your ability to identify opportunities for expansion actively engage in the recruitment and placement of highcaliber candidates and for delivering measurable results that set us apart in the industry.

What you will do:

• Own and grow the Texas marketselling to new clients expanding existing accounts and driving staffing placements through proactive sales and meaningful relationship management.
• Oversee the full staffing lifecycle partnering with the recruitment team to source and confirm qualified clinicians such as doctors nurses and clinicians to meet client demands.
• Proactively market qualified doctors and clinicians to both prospective and existing clients to drive placements.
• Utilize sharp negotiation networking organizational and problemsolving skills to drive business success
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent followup personalized service and effective problemsolving to meet client needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry and stay informed about current and emerging market trends compliance competitive landscape pay and bill rates and organizational changes to adapt strategies accordingly

What we are Looking for:

• You are an expert closer who can sell grow and retain business in the everchanging healthcare market.
• Operational success working in an agency setting collaborating across teams leading with enthusiasm integrity and a peoplefirst mindset.
• A minimum of 3 years proving your success in healthcare staffing sales recruiting and account management.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Administration or a related field
