Job Description

Scope of Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager your main responsibility will be to address clients sourcing needs using solutions while also maintaining long-term business partnerships with corporate accounts.

Job Description

  • Visiting client occasionally in the assigned territory to ensure coverage of the client base while primarily working from the office.
  • Manage a set of key accounts portfolio
  • Analyse the customers needs/challenges through data-driven methods and structured planning sessions and then propose the most effective solutions
  • Find opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services as complete sourcing solutions.
  • Develop and implement account plans to nurture positive relationships and drive sales growth for each key customer.
  • Design engagements and build relationships with top management/ decision-makers of each key customer
  • Focus on ensuring customer success and value to drive business retention and expansion
  • Partner with colleagues from various departments to establish action plans or customer programs when vital.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of any major
  • Have 3 years of experience in B2B sales or solution selling is a must
  • Proven track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts on a national level
  • Ability to engage and communicate optimally with customers at all levels
  • Ability to develop good quality proposals and present to a large audience
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data
  • Good verbal non-verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in both professional English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Tech savvy & Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Powerpoint)
  • Positive attitude and target oriented person
  • Demonstrated and confirmed sales results
  • Growth mindset with a track record of getting results and achieving goals easy to adapt
  • Self-learner and resilient. Exudes passion for helping people excellence and innovation
