Your opportunity
Are you passionate about ECommerce and eager to develop your skills in a dynamic environment We are looking for an ECommerce Specialist Intern to join our ecommerce run activities.
How You Will Contribute
Assist in the daytoday operational tasks related to the running of the Brand website.
Manage the online product catalogue.
Coordinate product launches promotions and site content updates.
Monitor transactions returns and online inventory
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Track website KPIs and use datadriven insights to provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry industry analyze competition and share best practices.
Support stock & sales reconciliation.
Liaise with agencies suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project .
Who You Are
We believe you will excel in this role because of your:
Degree in Marketing Business Ecommerce or a related field.
Previous experience in ecommerce
Good knowledge of Google Analytics GA4.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Magento ecommerce platform SEA and SEO is a plus
Positive energy creativity and a resultsdriven approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and openminded attitude.
Fluency in Italian and English knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
