Job Description
We re seeking an experienced E-commerce Assistant to help scale our print-on-demand business from 100 to over 8000 products. You ll work directly with our creative entrepreneur to upload designs manage product catalogs and ensure quality across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in launching a major product expansion while working with cutting-edge design tools and e-commerce platforms. You ll have the chance to suggest process improvements work with premium design software and help build systematic workflows that will support long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Upload and manage thousands of product listings on Printify platform with precision and attention to detail
- Create and edit stunning designs using Canva across diverse product categories (apparel accessories home goods)
- Ensure perfect design-to-product matching and aesthetic appropriateness for each item type
- Craft compelling product descriptions and optimize listings for maximum visibility
- Perform thorough quality control checks to maintain the highest standards
- Create efficient templates and workflows to streamline operations
- Collaborate closely with the business owner asking proactive questions to ensure excellence
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and care
- Support expansion efforts to additional platforms like Amazon and eBay
- Contribute ideas for process optimization and business growth
Requirements
- Proven track record with Printify is a MUST
- E-commerce portfolio is required ideally showcasing print on demand
- Extensive hands-on experience with Canva design platform
- Strong e-commerce platform management experience (Shopify or Amazon) a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Proactive communication style with ability to ask clarifying questions
- Experience with product listing optimization and catalog management
- Customer service skills and professional communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while following detailed instructions
- Understanding of design principles and product-appropriate aesthetics
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
