Porsche of Halifax is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead with excellence and drive performance at one of Canadas most prestigious Porsche Centers.

Compensation & Relocation
Wage: commensurate with knowledge skills and abilities.

What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire a highperforming sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Set strategic goals and implement innovative initiatives to maximize performance.
- Oversee new and preowned vehicle operations including desking deals and inventory control.
- Manage vehicle ordering merchandising and online presentation across platforms.
- Partner with marketing to ensure brand alignment and impactful digital campaigns.
- Utilize vAuto PBS and One Eighty to monitor performance and drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales processs.
- Stay informed on industry trends luxury market expectations and competitive insights.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with finance service and marketing departments.
- Travel as required for training and professional development.
What You Bring
- Proven success in automotive sales management with experience in both new and preowned operations.
- Previous exposure to the luxury automotive market and understanding of premium clientele expectations.
- Handson experience with vAuto PBS and One Eighty systems is a strong asset.
- Strong grasp of website optimization online merchandising and digital marketing best practices.
- A passion for automobiles youre a true car enthusiast with a deep appreciation for the Porsche brand.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to act on performance data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel for brand training and continuous professional growth.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
