This is a full-time position with Los Angeles Unified School District. The ideal candidate for the Constructability Review Specialist role is a seasoned construction professional with at least 15 years of experience in architecture or construction management including significant time as a Construction Administrator or Project Superintendent/Manager on large-scale public or educational facility projects. They have led complex construction efforts with individual project values exceeding $8M$30M and cumulative totals of up to $400M. This candidate is detail-oriented highly efficient and skilled in reviewing submittals RFCs and change orders. Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office tools is essential along with strong communication and documentation abilities.
