Role: Head of Sales

Product: Sinpex is a Munichbased company that provides AIdriven solutions focused on automating compliance processes specifically in the areas of Know Your Customer (KYC) and AntiMoney Laundering (AML). Their cloudbased software helps businesses especially financial institutions streamline the KYC process significantly reducing the manual effort required to verify customer identities and comply with regulatory standards. This automation can cut down time spent on verification from days to minutes boosting accuracy and reducing errors with the help of natural language processing and AI technologies.

Size and functions of local team: 1 SDR 1 AE and 1 founders associate. Hiring multiple people now

Role description:

  • Coach & Train sales team
  • Take over closing from CEO
  • Going from founder led growth to sales led growth
  • Deals start at 50K up to multi million deals
  • Sell towards factoring and payment firms
  • Cycles are 914 months

Unique about the company (that you dont read online):

Must haves: (years exp. vertical dealsize quota tenure competencies industry does this add up to what the rep is responsible for)

  1. German native and based in Munich
  2. 3 years of closing experience and 1 year of leadership experience (can be coaching training)
  3. Closing experience needs to be midmarket/ enterprise with similar deal complexity
Nice to have:
  1. Sold into the financial industry
  2. Analytical and good with conversions

Hiring process:

  1. HR call
  2. Introduced to a sales member (best performing person bar raiser)
  3. Senior management call

Time window of feedback (SLA of 24 hours):

Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to 110K base and uncapped commission. You get x percentage on each deal you closed depending on how much you have closed. They work with buckets.
