Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (French Speaker) Braga Portugal
Location: Braga Portugal
Start Date: 15 May 2025
Work Model: Onsite
Contract Type: Permanent 3month trial period)
Languages Required: French (fluency required)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00 17:30 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Frenchspeaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading international company in Braga. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a customerfirst mindset and the ability to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service in French via phone email or chat

Handle inquiries complaints and technical issues efficiently and empathetically

Document interactions accurately in internal systems

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Requirements:

Fluency in French (written and spoken)

Valid EU ID Residence Card Manifestao de Interesse or Visa (casebycase approval)

Strong communication and problemsolving skills
-
Ability to work flexible hours within a rotating shift schedule

Customer service experience is a plus
Salary & Compensation:
-
Base salary: 880/month 14 payments per year)

Additional allowances:

140 (paid 12x/year)

40 (paid 12x/year)

Position bonus (Braga): 20 (paid 12x/year)

Meal allowance: 7.23/day

Transport allowance: 20/month
