Key Responsibilities:
- Handle live inbound calls for a multinational food chain
- Accurately take and process customer orders
- Provide timely and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets

- Willingness to work night shifts
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
