Size and functions of local team:
2 remote SDRs and 1 SDR on site SDR leader.
Role description:
90 coldcalling role
Senior SDRs should make 50 calls per day
1518 SAO/demos per month is the target

3 quarters consecutive achievements to take the next step (still being discussed)
Must haves:
6 months of SaaS experience in a SDRrole Candidate should know their way around cold calling and CRM
Native German
Good track record (reaching 80 consistently)
Strong team player
High motivation people that want to get to know the customer and becoming AE in the future
Nice to haves:
Persona knowledge (exposure to SMB/MM segment)
Energy market experience
Previous startup experience
