You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity be an effective communicator and be organized. Our business moves rapidly and its important to be able to adapt to these changes while bringing relevant team members along the journey. You will have a high latitude on decisionmaking and will work directly with engineering business and operations stakeholders to define strategy and requirements and then lead projects from design through delivery.
This is a global role that will include interaction with brands tech teams business development operational teams and stakeholders across US EU CN IN JP and AU.
Key job responsibilities Identifying customer and business opportunities and translating these opportunities into longterm vision and strategy. Owning a product roadmap endtoend from ideation research experimentation and gotomarket. Partnering with engineering teams to build innovative products and influencing technical discussions and decisions. Managing prioritization tradeoffs and crossfunctional communication including presenting to senior leadership. Partnering with business development and marketing teams to translate ideas into great customer experiences.
Bachelors degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning 7 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL Excel and other tools Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements prioritize incoming work requests and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
