- Impact at Scale: Lead the development of our SSP DSP CMS Online platforms serving diverse markets across Asia ANZ Africa and beyond.
- Innovative Work Culture: Collaborate with crossfunctional POD teams to design and deliver transformative AdTech features like programmatic deals realtime audience targeting and dynamic campaign management.
- Leadership Opportunity: Shape the careers of junior engineers while driving innovations that redefine OutofHome advertising technology.
Technical Leadership
- Provide handson technical expertise and guide teams through feature development and implementation.
- Enforce best practices in coding standards architecture and design principles to ensure delivery excellence.
PODBased Execution
- Lead Agile POD teams to foster collaboration among product engineering and QA teams.
- Oversee technical deliverables as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for your POD ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Solution Design and Implementation
- Work closely with Solution Architects to design scalable maintainable solutions.
- Translate architectural designs into actionable development plans for the team.
Mentorship and Team Development
- Act as a mentor to junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Promote collaboration accountability and innovation within the team.
Execution and Delivery
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle from planning and coding to testing and deployment.
- Resolve technical challenges ensuring ontime and highquality deliverables.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the development process.
- Implement automation and optimize workflows to enhance system performance and team productivity.
- Education
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field
