Job Description

Lead the endtoend development of Switch Gear solutions (e.g. MCB MCCB RCBO) from concept design through to final production ensuring both technical precision and customer satisfaction.
Manage project timelines to ensure product development milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate crossfunctional efforts to streamline product delivery and enhance collaboration across engineering sourcing and testing teams.
Drive cost optimization by suggesting design and manufacturing improvements that enhance product efficiency and reduce expenses.
Create 2D and 3D designs using CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks) and perform structural analysis on components.
Identify and specify suitable metal and plastic materials balancing performance costefficiency and compliance with industry norms.
Oversee testing and evaluation processes to ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of new products.
Work closely with clients to gather requirements confirm specifications and ensure design alignment.
Support the development of clear comprehensive technical documentation for internal and partner reference.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of handson experience in developing Switch Gear products (e.g. MCB MCCB RCBO).
Strong knowledge of engineering materials and experience working with molds and part fabrication.
Deep understanding of Switch Gear operating mechanics and internal systems.
Skilled in using CAD tools for 2D/3D modeling and performing structural analysis.
Proven ability in product verification and performance testing.
Strong presentation and communication skills for technical discussions.
Proficient in English for professional communication.
Bonus points for experience with electrical terminals or contact components.
Experience working with customers on design specifications and material selection.
A track record of implementing costeffective innovations in product development.
