Our client is a leading financial services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Market Research: Conduct indepth research on the investment product market (e.g. deposits bonds fund certificates) to identify trends opportunities and challenges.
Product Strategy & Development: Drive the design enhancement and rollout of investment products aligned with evolving market demands and customer expectations.
Product Launch Execution: Oversee the planning development and market introduction of new offerings ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Commercial Growth: Formulate and execute gotomarket plans that optimize product performance and revenue growth.
Customer Journey Optimization: Ensure superior customer experience through continuous improvement across touchpoints.
Leadership & Team Management: Build and guide product teams fostering collaboration across business technology and compliance functions.
Strategic Visioning: Contribute to longterm product and business planning aligned with companywide initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Securities or Information Technology.
Minimum 3 years of experience in investment product development at securities firms or fintech companies.
At least 7 10 years of experience in a similar function within banks or asset management firms.
Professional certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) are a plus.
English proficiency is a strong advantage.
Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing stakeholders at a senior level.
Strong grasp of financial instruments and structured products.
Proficient in data interpretation product lifecycle understanding and competitive benchmarking.
Skilled in project leadership crossdepartment coordination and resource planning.
Agile and adaptive to change with a growth mindset.
Strong business acumen critical thinking and communication.
Strong alignment with the company s core values and leadership principles.
