****Average hourly rate is $21.35 (including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc. ****

We are looking for a fulltime RelativeKinship Worker to add to our KS Permanency / KS Case Management Department! All you need is a bachelors degree in child and family services field with at least two years experience in child and family services.
We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a RelativeKinship Worker
As a RelativeKinship Worker you will work to promote the wellbeing of children. Relative Kinship Workers teach skills such as emotional regulation having healthy relationships conflict resolution and healthy communication within families. Relative Kinship Workers work together with our relativekinship caregivers to help train and support them and the children in their home. RelativeKinship Workers help to facilitate kinship meetings and to identify potential kinship and/or relative placement options. RelativeKinship Workers provide oncall support to caregivers and crisis intervention as needed. As a RelativeKinship Worker you would also coordinate community resources for the children served.
