Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a detailoriented and organized selfstarter to join as a Business Coach (BC) for the Middle Mile team to manage Linehaul Service Provider (LSP) relationships and ensure they are set up to succeed.

We are seeking barraising candidates who are able to:
Provide best in class coaching for LSPs including the ability to interpret data monitor performance and compliance
Develop and maintain strong and longterm relationships with LSPs serving as their voice within the Amazon ecosystem
Work closely with internal stakeholders on diverse projects for continuous program improvements
Adeptly manage operational challenges and develop longterm solutions

The ideal candidate is customer obsessed highly organized works effectively with internal and external contacts has the ability to shift gears at a moments notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment.

Moreover readiness to conduct business travels 10 and the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative.

Using air sea and road transport as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology youll help Amazons transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. They are key to making Amazon more innovative and efficient.

A degree
Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German
Experience in working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience in program or project management

Experience in supply chain and/or transportation
Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience building processes project management and schedules
PowerBI and SQL knowledge as a plus
