Job Description
- Generating outside leads independently in addition to those we provide
- Qualifies each prospects needs into a plan of sales actions.
- Promptly contact and track prospective customers received via different channels including online Facebook direct mail print publications professional referrals and Home Shows or other inperson events
- Conduct virtual and personal meetings with prospective customers using the Kitchen TuneUp sales process.
- Creating proposals with our webbased quoting system
- Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout which meets the customers needs.
- Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide before photographs for the album.
- Gathers information on all jobrelated products to provide a presentation to the customer.
- Processes all credit card charges and collects payments from customers.
- Communicates necessary information to the franchise owner or manager to enable them to complete a cabinet order.
- Completes the purchase order requisition to enable the franchise owner or manager to type the purchase order.
- Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
- Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
- Has flexible work schedule to satisfy demand.
- Maintain frequent authentic communication with customers and coworkers.
- Represent the brand and position yourself as the industry professional in the area.
