Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone email and chat. You will provide expert advice troubleshoot issues and ensure an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers professionally via phone email and chat
Resolve customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions
Stay updated on company products and industry trends
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and solve complex issues
Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding service
What You Need to Succeed:
Fluency in Hungarian (written & spoken)
Advanced English proficiency
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM systems email tools etc.
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
