Job Description
Warehouse Team Leader
WHAT YOULL DO
As a Team Leader you will lead the daytoday operations for a specific team ensure service levels compliance and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service efficiency and cost.
You will:
- Lead manage and organize an outbound/inbound department team and monitor productivity
- Support inbound/outbound Department Manager in maximizing operational excellence quality and efficiency
- Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a costefficient way and according to H&M operational & sustainability standards
- Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse to be able to run the operation on a daily basis
- Identify risks and issues in daily DC operation departments and report to inbound/outbound Department manager
- Be responsible for conducting formal HR processes in line with company policy
- Set and secure plan for recruitment succession and talent development
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will oversee a team of DC Associates by leading daily operations organizing their workload and serving as their primary point of support. In this role you will assist the Department Manager in optimizing operational excellence. Additionally you will collaborate with various stakeholders including system specialists wave planners and the controlling team to identify and mitigate risks and issues ensuring operational efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- Good operational DC inbound and outbound experience across Online Stores
- Handson approach for pragmatic daytoday workflow management and problem resolution
- Good understanding of warehouse management system
- Knowledgeable in operational inbound/outbound logistics standards as well as department sustainability targets
- Experience in formal HR processes
- Strong communicators and possess excellent coordination skills
