You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Functional Consultant Undergraduate Trainee in Supply Chain you will be introduced to the world of enterprise applications with a focus on logistics procurement inventory and demand planning processes. Youll assist in implementing and configuring IFS solutions that enhance supply chain operations for our clients. Working closely with experienced consultants and project stakeholders youll gain handson experience in delivering realworld ERP projects.
Key Responsibilities
Learn foundational knowledge of IFS Supply Chain modules (e.g. procurement inventory order management).
Support data gathering and documentation of client supply chain requirements.
Assist in analyzing gaps between client processes and IFS capabilities.
Contribute to solution configurations testing and training materials under guidance.
Understand and apply IFS implementation methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA OSCA).
Support the team in preparing reports dashboards and functional documentation.
Participate in internal and client meetings to observe and contribute to discussions.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or IT.
Interest in ERP systems and enterprise supply chain operations.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English; local language is a plus.
Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
