Job Description
What Youll Do:
As a member of the Controlling Team within Finance you will be a partner with the Inventory and Supply Chain teams to develop and enhance reporting and analysis to improve the health of the Supply Chain.
- Data Analysis: Monitor inventory levels track key metrics and analyse data to identify trends
discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory
accuracy reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.
- Reporting: Develop improve prepare and present reports on inventory performance stock levels and other key metrics for various stakeholders.
- Inventory Valuation: Manage the established process to prepare and analyse inventory valuation of spare parts across the organisation in line with IFRS guidelines.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies industry regulations and safety
standards related to inventory management and internal controls.
What Youll Bring:
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills together with a passion for working with large unverified data sources
- Experience with the data analytical tools in Excel - Power Query Power Pivot etc
- Experience with Power BI advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills which enable you to partner with employees at all levels of the organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Accounting experience isnt essential to be successful in this role
