Engineering Manager
Back Market is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who will lead our Circularity Customer team 5 engineers).
Back Markets Tradein program allows customers to sell their old tech devices for money. It benefits customers by increasing their purchasing power refurbishers by providing additional supply and Back Market by generating repetitions on the website.
The objective of this team is to ensure that our customers are aware of Tradein and get the best offer for the device they want to sell.
The core competencies of this role include mentoring and coaching people cultivating a collaborative team leading delivery production operations and continuous improvement. As in Back Market we lead by example we expect the role to also be handson so personal contribution is expected.
