Job Description
TITLE: Learning and Development Specialist (hybrid role)
INDUSTRY: Financial Services
LOCATION: New York NY
COMPENSATION: $175225k base plus a bonus
RELOCATION: Paid
SUMMARY:
This role will be a key member of the companys L&D team with a primary focus on improving the professional skills (i.e. project management idea generation effective interviewing time management etc. of their employees to ensure the companys continued success
Design develop and implement a variety of learning processes/programs
REQUIREMENTS:
8 years of professional experience
Learning and Development experience
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Experience delivering training and support to adult learners using a range of methods (i.e. cases scenarios lectures interactive simulations etc.
Critical thinking skills/Sound judgment/Quick learner
Bachelors degree
