Student Worker - Admissions and Records - Part-Time

Skills:

• Must be a student of Great Basin College

• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the semester and maintain a 2.0 GPA

• Must qualify for Work Study or RSP through Student Financial Services

• Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Must be personal prompt take initiative and have great communication skills

Duties:

• Covering the front desk answering phones and emails and greeting visitors.

• Answering basic questions from students other staff faculty and community members and/or directing them to other departments as required.

• Work in an environment that handles confidential student files and paperwork adhering to FERPA law and regulations

• Filing and scanning

• Other duties as assigned

Salary:

$13.00 per hour

Hours:

Up to 19 hours per week with a maximum of 79.5 hours per month.
