Other Special Requirements (Optional): Contractor must be available to work some hours outside the normal 8-5pm. On call if needed in case of a hardware/software crash 24/7.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: (Required)
Texas Commission on the Arts require the services of 1 hereafter referred to as Worker who meets the general qualification of Computer Programming Services Software Developer Coding Database Architecture Database Administrator Systems Analyst - Core.The candidate must be able to program code in the following:
- PHP
- ASP
- C#
- C
- .NET
- Fluxx
- Ruby on Rails
- Liquid code
They must be able to maintain/administer:
- Fortinet Firewall internal and external traffic
- Dell Servers for web database and other agency domain controller responsibilities
- (DHCP DNS WINS etc).
- SQL Server - Grants Management System knowledge of how to write queries TSQL stored procedures reports
- MySQL
- WordPress
- SNMP Server
- Issue-Tracker
- SubVersion
- Netgear Switches
- Backup Servers
- VPN Server
- Networking
- Fluxx
- Office 365
