Job Description
BBG Inc. is seeking an organized and driven individual with excellent communication skills to write proposals for BBGs services in response to public RFPs. Client emphasis will be placed on municipalities nationwide. The Manager will report to the leader of the Municipal Services Team and will potentially assist others from time to time. This is a hybrid position the Manager is expected to be inperson for up to three days per week.
The Manager will have significant influence over and responsibility for the firms external interaction with clients. In addition the Manager will have regular contact with BBGs client managers nationwide. Daily expectations will be to monitor multiple sources for client RFPs of BBGs services build and maintain a pipeline of proposals in process and research & write proposals for ontime delivery. The Manager will need to familiarize themself with BBGs service offerings organizational structure business model and commercial real estate due diligence in general. A successful candidate will be able to ask colleagues detailed questions and extract the information needed to write compelling and attentiongrabbing proposals.
The managers most important contribution to the Teams success will come from an ability to articulate BBGs differentiators to the potential client via the final proposal.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Teams PowerPoint) suite required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior attention to detail
Strong organizational skills desire to learn and multitask
Mature and professional candidate with strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in procurement within municipalities is desired but not required
Experience writing grants or other submissions to municipal users is desired
Understanding of commercial real estate due diligence services including valuation environmental and physical condition consulting and surveys.
This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
