What You ll Do:
Manage all employee lifecycle processes including new hires I9/EVerify transfers pay/status changes and terminations.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR matters such as benefits policies payroll and PTO.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and maintain active followup until issues are resolved.
Maintain data integrity in Workday and perform regular audits and reporting.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding including lastminute hires.
Assist with documenting HR processes and contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects.
Provide backup support for immigrationrelated tasks when needed.
What We re Looking For:
3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience.
Experience with Workday including maintaining employee data creating Supervisory Organizations and modifying reports.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Bachelors degree or equivalent workrelated experience/certification.
High attention to detail and ability to identify errors or data gaps quickly.
Strong sense of urgency professionalism and discretion.
Excellent communication organization and multitasking skills.
A team player who can thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Details:
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM PT
Interview Process: Single interview with hiring manager and team
Hybrid Requirement: Must be local to Draper UT and available onsite 3 days/week (Monday Tuesday Thursday)
Education
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or email marketing. Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with email campaigns, promotions, and operational support. Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills. Experience tracking budgets and marketing campaign results. Excellent communication and attention to detail
