Role: Virtual Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Flexible from Monday to Friday 9am 5pm Hawaii. HST time zone 20 hours per week)

In this role you will support the smooth operation of daily administrative functions with a strong focus on task tracking and project allocation. You will be responsible for maintaining uptodate records assigning tasks to appropriate team members and ensuring timelines are met across various ongoing projects. This position requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. Your contribution will be essential in helping the team stay organized efficient and clientfocused.

- Oversee monthend closing workflow
- Assign and monitor tasks to bookkeepers
- Manage task management system (Excelbased)
