Viking Assistance Group is a leading roadside and travel assistance company in the Nordics. Our new business area Viking Travel Care provides travel and medical assistance 24/7 365 days a year for travellers and employees stationed abroad anywhere in the world.
We are now expanding and will establish our own medical team for medical assistance services. We are looking for a person to take responsibility for the management of our medical resources.

Responsibilities
- Administrative responsibility of the medical team in Viking Travel Care including recruitment contract management shift planning and daytoday contact point for contact doctors and other medical personnel
- Support and give feedback to the medical team in collaboration with our Senior Medical Advisor
- Follow up on KPIs and SLAs for the medical team and medical processes and suggest changes and improvements
- Other tasks requested by Director of Travel Care or Viking Group Management
Qualifications
- More than 5 years experience in leadership managing staff and managing budgets
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Experienced user of digital tools and IT systems
- Excellent communication skills collaborative empathic and service minded
- Proactive independent and structured with high quality focus
Desired skills
- Experience from medical assistance healthcare administration or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare services and relevant regulation is an advantage but not a must
- Additional languages particularly a Nordic language or Spanish are a plus.
Workplace
Torrevieja or Fuengirola in Spain.
Alternatively employment in one of the Nordic countries; Norway Sweden Denmark or Finland can be discussed.
