Job Description
- Job Title : Primary Care Physician
- Primary Worksite Name: Anadarko IHS Outpatient Clinic

- Work Schedule: Mon-Friday 8-430pm No Call and No Weekends
- Patient Information: Census is 10-12 patients
- Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)

-U.S. Citizenship required
-Must have worked within the last 6 months - Pay Information: $180/hr
- Privileging Details:
- Timeline: 6 weeks List Required health
- Documentation: MMR Hep B Varicella Tetanus (Td) PPD Flu
- Required certifications BLS ACLS & ATLS
- Fingerprints/background check is required
- Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligble
- EMR: IHS RPMS system
- License State: Any State License accepted
