Job Description
Illinois Speech Therapist Needed This is a FullTime OnSite Position!
An exciting opportunity awaits! We re looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the current school year.

In this position you ll:
- Conduct detailed evaluations to assess students speech language and communication needs.
- Design and deliver individualized therapy plans targeting speech and language challenges.
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation for sessions assessments progress and IEPs.
- Use inclusive and culturally responsive approaches during therapy sessions.
- Contribute to IEP development and participate in collaborative meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
- Partner with teachers parents and school staff to support communication development in both academic and home settings.
- Offer training and resources to caregivers and educators to reinforce strategies beyond the therapy room.
- Stay informed on current research and techniques through ongoing professional learning.
Requirements
- Hold or be eligible to apply for an ASHA certification.
- Hold a Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Ability to apply for an SLP license in the state of Illinois (reimbursement available).
- CFYs (Clinical Fellows) are strongly encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated supervision.
