Role Definition:
The person in this role is responsible for planning executing and managing all BTL marketing activities including Society camps Garden camps Corporate camps and other activation events. The role involves endtoend management of these activations ensuring seamless delivery of services across the organization. The person in this role will collaborate with other business teams to drive brand awareness customer engagement and lead generation through targeted BTL initiatives.

Tasks and Activities:
Business Activations Strategy Development and :
- Develop a detailed quarterly activity plan for each BTL activity including objectives target audience location timeline and budget.
- Create detailed SOPs allocate resources for the BTL activities and ensure compliance with the process and protocols.
- Collaborate with business teams and external service providers (other healthcare service providers and event management organizations) to ensure effective service delivery.
- Secure necessary permits and approvals for events/activities as required.
Event Management:
- Manage pre to postactivity touch points (setup to service delivery) ensuring all activities are executed as per SOPs.
- Manage onsite logistics including team coordination equipment setup and attendee management.
- Ensure all branding and promotional materials are in place and align with company guidelines.
- Liaise with the business and marketing teams to align BTL activities with quarterly marketing campaigns.
- Work with the operations team to ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation for events.
- Identify and participate in expos exhibitions and events that resonate with the brands theme.
Customer Engagement and Feedback:
- Engage with customers/prospects to promote Dr. B Lal Clinical Labs services and gather feedback.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to capture attendee insights and improve future events.
- Update leads generated from BTL activities in the system to convert them into customers.
- Build trust and credibility through consistent customer engagement and followup.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for each BTL event ensuring all expenses are tracked and within budget.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure costeffective deals.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources minimizing waste and maximizing impact.
- Manage the financial aspects of participating in expos exhibitions and events.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators for BTL activities such as engagement levels and lead generation.
- Prepare regular reports on the outcomes and effectiveness of BTL events.
- Monitor brand awareness and trust metrics postevents and activities.
- Report on the success of brand alliances and partnerships.
