Now open is the 2nd ShiftCertified Nursing Assistant position in Health Care Services.
As a C.N.A. at our life plan community you will:
Provide direct resident care as assigned while supervised by a R.N. or L.P.N.
Work with a team to provide excellent resident centered care
Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care for assigned residents.
Review care plans and perform care as outlined.
Document activities of daily living in the electronic medical records system.
Report changes in residents conditions to Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
Successful candidates will have completed an approved Nurse Aide Training course and be currently listed in good standing with the NC Nurse Aide Registry.
