Job Description
Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead and support QA activities during second shift packaging operations in a pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities-
Lead and guide QA inspectors during 2nd shift packaging operations.

Perform QA functions including Incoming Dispensing In-Process and Final product inspections.

Promote safety and compliance on the packaging floor.

Monitor QA metrics and support process improvements.

Manage CAPAs Deviations and Change Controls using TrackWise.
-
Conduct routine GMP compliance rounds on the shop floor.

Participate in SOP development validations and investigations.

Provide training coaching and conduct performance reviews.

Approve leaves manage attendance and foster cross-training initiatives.

Review batch records and documentation for GMP compliance.

Approve work orders and protocols related to packaging processes.
-
Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related technical/physical science (Masters preferred).

5 7 years experience in pharmaceutical packaging QA supervision.

Expertise in cGMP compliance and QA inspections.

Experience with TrackWise Oracle and SAP systems.

Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.

Ability to analyze complex data and drive continuous improvement.
