Job Description

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead and support QA activities during second shift packaging operations in a pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide QA inspectors during 2nd shift packaging operations.

  • Perform QA functions including Incoming Dispensing In-Process and Final product inspections.

  • Promote safety and compliance on the packaging floor.

  • Monitor QA metrics and support process improvements.

  • Manage CAPAs Deviations and Change Controls using TrackWise.

  • Conduct routine GMP compliance rounds on the shop floor.

  • Participate in SOP development validations and investigations.

  • Provide training coaching and conduct performance reviews.

  • Approve leaves manage attendance and foster cross-training initiatives.

  • Review batch records and documentation for GMP compliance.

  • Approve work orders and protocols related to packaging processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related technical/physical science (Masters preferred).

  • 5 7 years experience in pharmaceutical packaging QA supervision.

  • Expertise in cGMP compliance and QA inspections.

  • Experience with TrackWise Oracle and SAP systems.

  • Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive continuous improvement.
