Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and Power BI to join our dynamic sales team. This role will be responsible for analyzing sales data optimizing sales processes and driving business insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset experience with sales operations and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM ensuring data integrity automation and user adoption.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide realtime insights into sales performance pipeline and forecasting.
- Analyze sales trends identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Work closely with sales marketing and finance teams to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support sales forecasting territory planning and quota management.
- Implement and optimize sales automation tools and workflows within Salesforce.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for sales teams on best practices and CRM usage.
- Assist in evaluating and integrating new sales technologies and tools.
- Develop reports and presentations for executive leadership to drive databacked decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field.
- Salesforce Certification (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant or Advanced Administrator) is required.
- Power BI Certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) is required.
- 35 years of experience in sales operations business analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM administration reporting and automation.
- Strong experience in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUPs macros etc..
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present datadriven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience with sales forecasting pipeline analysis and revenue modeling.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
