Summary
McGill University Human Resources (HR) moved forward with the implementation of all core modules of Workday SaaS. A team of Functional Business Analysts (FBA) was established for the operation of the business processes. The members of the FBA team are the subject matter experts of the business processes and their job is to simplify and standardize the HR management process for both administrative and academic staff. McGill HRIS team is seeking a Senior FBA to support configure and enhance the Payroll module in Workday. Their role will be to collaborate and support the setup and configuration of business processes in Workday to improve McGill HR system functionality and service delivery.
