Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position needs to be a big picture goaloriented person that also possesses enthusiasm and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in tile drywall trim work and painting is a must. You should love working with a strong sense of urgency and get bored easily with routine and repetitive tasks. The team demands an analytical problem solver who can bring solutions to the table and take charge of multiple simultaneous tasks.
Local candidates only; no relocation or sponsorship
- Location: Orlando FL
- Hours: 8am to 5pm with occasional OT and weekends required
- Compensation$18.00 $25.00 per hour based on experience (paid biweekly)
- Travel Requirements:daily travel to job sites and facility will be required.
Job Duties:
- Drywall (hang tape mudd texture finish)
- Floor installation
- Tile installation
- Trim (base and crown)
- Carpentry
- Paint
- Windows
- Plumbing
Job Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent required
- 23 years of construction based experience preferred but is not mandatory.
- The ability to occasionally work weekends and extended hours as needed.
- Applicants must be reliable driven customeroriented and willing to be part of a team.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of technology and computer skills.
- A valid and clean drivers license is required.
- Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions) and drug testing
- Must have own tools
