Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and prosecution of complex securities and derivative litigation cases
- Draft pleadings motions and consolidated complaints
- Play a supportive role in discovery processes
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Demonstrate excellent writing and time management skills
Requirements:
- JD from an ABAaccredited law school
- 2 years of relevant complex litigation experience (ideally securities class action and/or single plaintiff and/or derivative cases in State and Federal Courts)
- Active membership in good standing with the California Bar Association
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
