Banquets Manager

This is a fulltime permanent position starting in as soon as possible.
Salary Range: $68000 $75000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
Job Duties Include:
- Leading your departmental colleagues to provide excellent banquets & events to guests
- Ensure food & beverage brand standards are maintained
- Have full knowledge of all restaurant and bar menus
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Assist in achieving financial targets through maximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity
- Assist in performance management of all restaurant colleagues through constant communication training development and follow up
Qualifications :
- 2 years leadership experience in Food & Beverage
- Strong events/banquets experience
- Thorough working knowledge of wines liqueurs and other beverages. Sommelier designation is preferred.
