What Youll Do
Its a 100% Sales job for the Large Enterprise Segment (ie 6-9-month-sale-cycle & the deal average is about 100k / year)
Expectations : Build your business strategy implement a successful sales action plan and execute it with intensity.
Your goal : Drive account growth and revenue in your territory in the French market through upselling cross-selling and renewal.
Teamwork: Partner closely with Customer Success teams to nurture expand and maximize account value.
Travel : Represent goFLUENT at exhibitions events and client meetings throughout your territory.
What Youll Need
Experience : 25 years of successful value-based B2B sales experiencewith a track record of growing strategic accounts. SaaS and international sales experience is a strong plus.
Hard skills : A strong ability to drive value-based B2B sales in complex clients environments as opposed to transactional or commodity selling. In other words you are comfortable with managing multiple key stakeholders and a consultative approach.
Soft skills : organised able to manage multiple tasks and good analytical skills. You need to be able to juggle between the high-value strategic objectives you set each week to move accounts forward and the unexpected requests that require your attention
Mindset expected : a strong ownership of your territory is mandatory. You are the CEO of your portfolio.
Culture fit : Self-motivated proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced and business-driven environment.
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills in German (native or fluent) OR English (native or fluent)
