We are seeking an ambitious result-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our operations in the South Punjab region specifically in Multan and its surrounding industrial zones. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in flexible packaging with a proven track record in client acquisition managing large regional territories and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct technical presentations and client engagement meetings.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and complaint resolution.
- Manage quotations order confirmations dispatch processes and payment recoveries.
- Collaborate with production and design departments for order execution.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with key clients.
- Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual sales performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activity.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on sales data and market insights.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff in the region.
- Coordinate with head office teams for stock availability and production planning.
- Actively participate in internal meetings for sales strategy and business development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales targets.
- Customer retention and repeat business rate.
- Timely payment recovery and receivables control.
- Acquisition of new clients.
- Frequency and effectiveness of client visits.
- Efficiency in complaint handling and resolution.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: MBA / BBA in Marketing Sales or Business Administration.
- Experience: 510 years in flexible packaging or laminated films industry.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of packaging films and laminated materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Excellent negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication; multilingual ability is a plus.
- Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
