We are currently seeking a C&Q / CSV Manager to join our growing team in Aprilia.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning and qualification / CSV within pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of key regulatory standards (e.g. not limited to FDA EMA) and guidelines related to C&Q/CSV activities.
- Proven experience in leading C&Q/CSV projects from initiation through to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a point of reference for the expansion of the C&Q / CSV division
- Be able to find new business opportunities
- Lead and manage C&Q / CSV activities for projects ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Develop and execute commissioning and qualification plans protocols and reports.
- Supervise train and mentor junior C&Q/ CSV team members fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- If successful a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge.
- In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.
- If the final outcome is positive we will discuss our proposal with you. Alternatively if the outcome is negative we will share our sincere feedback!
