The Recruitment Consultant role at SEEK is a superb opportunity to join a forwardthinking company at the forefront of technological and operational transformation. This position plays a critical role in driving our clients fullcycle recruiting process coordinating with clients external partners and candidates to ensure successful placements. As a change champion you will have the chance to adapt and grow with an everevolving role making a significant impact on our teams longterm vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule and conduct consultation calls to efficiently capture clients hiring requirements uncover hidden preferences and proactively improve customer satisfaction through professional consulting services.
- Regularly update clients on progress and provide detailed insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct candidate outreach effectively promote roles and shortlist potential candidates for hirers using our SmartHire service and SEEK AI Tools.
- Build strong candidate relationships to ensure high engagement and retention throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate hiring progress tracking in internal systems ensuring data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics as needed.
- Act as a hardworking and passionate team member in a startup environment chipping in positively to the products key business outcomes.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve key service level agreements (SLAs) and recruitment performance metrics.
- Handle other ad hoc/special assignments or projects as required.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant.
- Outstanding problemsolving critical thinking and analytical skills.
- A strong passion for building a career in the recruitment industry.
- A customer focused approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills spoken and written in English.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of an ambitious team.
- A dedication to quality and continuous improvement in analytical skills.
