Job Description
Position Summary
Gamma Mobility is seeking a Field Operations Lead to manage and oversee field activities ensuring efficient of daily tasks operational compliance and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of field personnel optimizing processes and coordinating recovery verification and emergency response teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of field personnel ensuring tasks are completed effectively and in compliance with set processes.
- Identify and implement training and development opportunities for field staff.
- Take ownership of daily field activities ensuring seamless and resolution of operational challenges.
- Develop implement and optimize processes to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
- Oversee vehicle recovery verification and emergency response teams ensuring smooth coordination.
- Conduct regular field assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Investigate any accidents or incidents preparing reports and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure all field operations comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Develop implement and optimize field processes to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Provide timely updates to the Portfolio Manager regarding field challenges and successes.
- Work closely with teams to solve complex operational challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience 3 years) in field operations preferably in the gig economy or mobility sector.
- Experience in leading and managing field teams drivers or contractors.
- Strong understanding of logistics fleet management and performance optimization.
- Proven track record in problemsolving and troubleshooting in realtime operational scenarios.
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP Agile) or operations management is a plus.
