Job Description
RSCS a FullService Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company servicing 8 states across the western USA and in business for over 25 years is now hiring a Service Coordinator for our home office . RSCS actively promotes a solid team environment. This candidate will work with our service manager ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients while maintaining the service schedule for an established customer base. This role requires strong organizational skills a keen understanding of scheduling a team of technicians and the ability to foster client relationships to promote business growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction and addressing service concerns effectively.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assisting with scheduling and dispatching of service technicians optimizing routes and resources for efficiency and timeliness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Budget and Time Management: Monitor service department expenses and timelines to adhere to job targets while maintaining service quality.
- Training & Development: Organize ongoing training programs for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on service metrics performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in service coordinating schedules and dispatch. Strong leadership and team skills.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience in service coordinating schedules and dispatch. Strong leadership and team skills.
