Main purpose of the position

Are you experienced in managing annual remuneration processes such as annual salary review and bonus cycle Are you looking to take your career to the next level Do you want to make a significant impact within a small dynamic team We are looking for a motivated and forwardthinking Reward Analyst who is ready to transition into a Reward Partner role and help shape our reward strategy for the future.

Key expectations:

You will contribute to enhancing ISSs reward strategy and practices to ensure competitiveness compliance and alignment with business objectives. You will support the implementation of the EU pay transparency directive while providing expert guidance in salary reviews annual bonus cycles and the development of reward policies. You will serve as a trusted reward partner across various business units promoting equitable compensation and an effective job architecture.

What youll do:

  • Lead and facilitate the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes ensuring alignment with organisational goals and market trends.
  • Develop implement and maintain reward policies procedures and processes that support the companys compensation strategy.
  • Establish and manage reward benchmarking policy ensuring alignment with industry standards and competitive practices.
  • Partner with a designated business unit(s) to provide expert advice on reward strategies and practices while addressing specific compensationrelated queries.
  • Utilise compensation management systems to analyse data generate reports and inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Contribute to the compliance with the EU pay transparency directive and other relevant regulations.

We are a small Reward team committed to fostering a positive supportive and collaborative team environment. As part of a small team youll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of reward matters and make a real difference in the way we approach rewards. We work closely with our business partners in supporting decisionmaking for our leaders.

Key qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reward management particularly in salary reviews and bonus cycles and relevant academic background.
  • A keen interest in advancing into a Reward Partner role.
  • Proven experience in the creation and implementation of reward policies and procedures.
  • Solid knowledge of compensation management systems with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with job architecture principles and best practices.
  • Experience with setting reward benchmark policies and conducting market research.

Personal skills you excel:

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
