The Partner Productivity & Community Division within Grab Rental 4W is dedicated to ensuring our driver-partners thrive in their roles and feel supported as part of the Grab ecosystem. This team plays a critical role in managing the DAX community driving productivity initiatives and maintaining a healthy and engaging environment for our partners.
We work closely with various stakeholders including field teams central operations and driver-partners to execute strategic programs monitor performance and foster a sense of belonging in the Grab community. Whether its through on-ground events data-driven insights or proactive sentiment management our team ensures that every partner feels empowered and valued.

The Partner Offline Engagement Associate plays a key role in managing the DAX community operations driving productivity initiatives and ensuring effective field-level engagement. This position is crucial for the seamless execution of strategic programs monitoring partner performance and maintaining a conducive community environment.

Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement field operations or similar roles
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools ().
- Strong understanding of KPI tracking and reporting.
- Experience with database management and data security protocols.
Soft Skills:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
