Job Description

Our client is a prestigious firm in the infrastructure property sector known for its strong reputation and diverse highprofile projects. They are looking for a Senior Asset Manager to join their Property and Asset Management team in Oxford. This role involves managing a varied residential property portfolio and supporting the firms national infrastructure growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lease & let properties manage rent reviews & renewals
  • Acquire & onboard new assets
  • Ensure compliance with facilities management teams
  • Organise repairs & maintenance liaising with tenants & contractors
  • Conduct property inspections & stakeholder management
  • Provide timely client reports & maintain legislative knowledge
  • Undertake site visits for inspections meter readings & contractor meetings
