In the role of Lead Consultant you will be expected todevelop bespoke applications in the banking domain. This role will interface with client and elicit technical requirements design and develop technical components.

- The ability to manage deliverables (prioritisation estimation etc.
- Experience with frontend technologies.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Familiarity with design patterns and best practice trends.
Skills /Competencies:
Essential:
- Over 8 yearsof IT experience which includes3years of Extensive experience as aReact JSDeveloperand 3yearsof Experience as aUI/UX Developer/API developer
- Extensive experience in developing web pages usingHTML/HTML5 XML DHTML CSS/CSS3 SASS LESS JavaScript React JS Redux Flex Angular JS 1.X) JQuery JSON Ajax JQUERY Bootstrap.
- Experienced inMEANstack developmentMongo dBExpress Node andAngular.
- Experience in all phase ofSDLClikeRequirement Analysis ImplementationandMaintenanceand extensive experience withAgileandSCRUM.
- Extensive knowledge in developing single page applications(SPAs).
- Working knowledge of Web protocols and standards(HTTP HTML5/XHTML/XHTMLMP CSS3 Web Forms XML XML parsers)
- Good experience on customizingCSS frameworkslikeBootstrapandFoundationusingCSSpreprocessorsLESSorSASSand Compass.
Preferred:
- Prior application development experience in banking operations.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Knowledge of Agile software development and project management
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problemsolving skills.
